Creamy Chicken Livers

INGREDIENTS

250G Chicken Livers.

1 tsp. Salt.

1 onion

Diced Green pepper, red pepper and yellow pepper.

Can of chopped/Diced tomatoes.

Olive oil.

Parsley.

Salt

Black/white pepper

2 tsp Rajah (Curry powder : mild and spicy)

1 tbsp sugar

Minestrone with Herbs soup

PREPARATION

  • Heat olive oil with diced onions
  • Wash the livers and add them into the pan
  • Add pinch of salt to the livers leave it to cook for 5 minutes
  • Stir with Fork, add Rajah
  • Add diced Peppers in the pan together with sugar
  • leave it to cook for 5 minutes
  • Add diced tomatoes or paste and stir until well done
  • Leave it to simmer for 5-10 minutes
  • Add black/ white pepper just a spoon
  • Leave it for 2 minutes
  • Mix minestrone soup with water and add into the pan
  • Leave it for another 2 minutes until well done.
  • Dish out and garnish with Parsley.
