
INGREDIENTS
250G Chicken Livers.
1 tsp. Salt.
1 onion
Diced Green pepper, red pepper and yellow pepper.
Can of chopped/Diced tomatoes.
Olive oil.
Parsley.
Salt
Black/white pepper
2 tsp Rajah (Curry powder : mild and spicy)
1 tbsp sugar
Minestrone with Herbs soup
PREPARATION
- Heat olive oil with diced onions
- Wash the livers and add them into the pan
- Add pinch of salt to the livers leave it to cook for 5 minutes
- Stir with Fork, add Rajah
- Add diced Peppers in the pan together with sugar
- leave it to cook for 5 minutes
- Add diced tomatoes or paste and stir until well done
- Leave it to simmer for 5-10 minutes
- Add black/ white pepper just a spoon
- Leave it for 2 minutes
- Mix minestrone soup with water and add into the pan
- Leave it for another 2 minutes until well done.
- Dish out and garnish with Parsley.

You can have them with Rice, pap or Garlic bread 😁😁 they are very yummy and creamy
